
Ingredients:
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. Chinese 5 spice powder
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 lb. chicken wings
Directions:
Heat all ingredients except chicken in saucepan until well blended.
Pour sauce over chicken and marinate 2 hours.
Drain sauce from chicken. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, basting with sauce often, for 30 minutes or until done. Ready to serve.
