Shrimp Recipe : Creole Shrimp

Ingredients:

1 Cup chicken broth
1/2 Cup white zinfandel wine
1 Tablespoon fresh basil
Salt & pepper to taste
Creole seasoning to taste

Method :

Season shrimp with salt & pepper and Creole seasoning. Grill until done. In a sauce

pot add chicken broth and half of white wine and cook for 5 minutes on medium

shrimp.
