After unimaginable level of embarrassment to the BJP MLAs, the Forensic Science Laboratory of Gandhinagar declared that the tablets of the two accused MLAs are clear of any sort of porn. The report results were given to the media on Friday.
The laboratory thoroughly examined the laptop of Mr. Shankar Chaudhry and declared that there were no such items found in the laptop that could accuse the MLA in question of watching porn on that machine.
The issue got heat a couple of days earlier when two more MLAs were seen watching porn on their tablet during assembly sessions on a video camera and the footage was released all over media. The Congress Party has been taking active part in highlighting the event and using it to their benefit. Congress party has declared a strike outside the parliament until the accused MLAs are suspended from the parliament. No parliament sessions are taking place for two days now.
Over the announcement of the results of the forensic reports, Congress party has claimed that the laptop which has been checked for porn by forensics is not the same laptop which was being used to watch the porn during the assembly session. The two MLAs in question, belonging to the BJP, are Jethabhai Ghelabhai and Shankar Chaudhry.
