The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing boy.
Frazer Caplan, 15, was last seen on Sunday, July 7, 2019, at approximately 1:30 p.m., in the area of Ossington Avenue and Bloor Street West.
He is described as 5’7”, 130 lbs., with short red/blond, curly hair. He is believe to be wearing blue jeans, a black t-shirt and red Timberland boots.
Police are concerned for his safety.
