The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing man.
Randall Neilson, 36, was last seen on Wednesday, July 24, 2019, at 9:30 p.m., in the Bathurst Street and Richmond Street West area.
He is described as 6’2”, with a thin build, dark brown hair, some facial hair, with marks on his face, legs and arms. He was last seen wearing a hospital gown.
Police are concerned for his well-being. If located please call the police immediately.
