On March 18, 2011, a 45 year old Langley woman was arrested by the VPD Vice Unit for Keeping a Common Bawdy House and Living on the Avails of Prostitution.

After receiving a community complaint, a lengthy police investigation began into a business called “Broadway Bodycare”, located at 1926 West Broadway Avenue. It was found that “Broadway Bodycare” was an advertised Health Enhancement Centre.

Vice investigators obtained a search warrant, arrested Danielle Boseley, the alleged proprietor, and seized several pieces of evidence, including a computer and cash. It is alleged that sexual services were being exchanged for money and Boseley is now charged with one count each of Keeping a Common Bawdy House and Living on the Avails of Prostitution. She has been released from jail with conditions, including the following:

Not to attend 1926 West Broadway Avenue, Vancouver;
Not to have contact with any of her employees;
Not to be found in any place associated to prostitution, non-therapeutic massage, body rub, adult entertainment, or an escort agency.
Danielle Boseley’s next court appearance is on April 11, 2011, at 9:00 am in Provincial Court.

Boseley does not have a previous criminal record.
