Tim Whittal charged with possession of child pornography, London

The London Police Cyber Crime Unit have arrested a 54 year old London man after an Internet investigation that began in September. A search warrant was executed at a residence in London. Charged with three counts of counsel an uncommitted indictable offence, one count of conspiracy to commit an indictable offence, one count of computer contact with a person under 16 years for a criminal purpose, one count of production of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography is Tim Whittal.
