The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of a sexual assault investigation and the arrest of one man.
It is alleged that:
– on Tuesday, April 12, 2011, at approximately 3 a.m, a 28-year-old woman was sexually assaulted by two men in an apartment in the Kennedy Road/Eglinton Avenue East area
Daniel Leneus, 26, has been charged with Sexual Assault.
He appeared in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East on Monday April 18, 2011.
The investigation is ongoing and police are requesting the public’s assistance regarding the identity of the second suspect.
