On Monday, May 9, 2011, members of the G20 Investigative Team travelled to Montreal to arrest a man in relation to the G20 Summit.

Yves Dubeau, 22, of Montreal, was charged with:

1- two counts of Mischief Over $5,000,
2- Theft Under $5,000,
3- Disguise with intent.

It is alleged that:

– on Saturday, June 26, 2010, the man, while wearing a disguise, smashed the window of a van parked on the street,

– he smashed the window of a jewellery store, and

– he stole a lamp from a store.

He was scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West on Wednesday, May 10, 2011, room 206, at 10 a.m
