Suspect sought in a sexual attack on 66 year old Toronto woman

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of a man wanted in a sexual assault investigation.

It is alleged that:

– on Thursday, May 19, 2011, at approximately 1 p.m., a 66-year-old woman was sexually assaulted at an address on Huntingdale Boulevard, in the Finch Avenue East/Victoria Park Road area.

The suspect has been identified as Saad Samir Saati, 36, of Toronto.

He is described as white, 5’9", with a medium build and has short brown, collar-length hair. He was last seen wearing jeans, a black jacket and a black knapsack.

UPDATE

On Friday, May 20, 2011, at 9:25 a.m., Saad Samir Saati, 36, surrendered to police at 42 Division.

He is charged with:

1. Sexual Assault with a Weapon,
2. Forcible Confinement,
3. Threatening Death.

He is scheduled to appear at Old City Hall on Saturday, May 21, 2011, room 101, 10 a.m.
