The Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a 16 year old female – Caitlin MOUSSEAU. She was last seen on Thursday, June 16th 2011, at approximately 3:30 p.m. in the Downtown area of Winnipeg.

The Winnipeg Police Service considers MOUSSEAU to be a child in need of protection as she is at high risk of being exploited or victimized and investigators are very concerned for her well-being. MOUSSEAU frequents the Downtown and West End areas of the City. Her main modes of travel are on foot or via Transit.

MOUSSEAU is described as: Aboriginal, 5’6”, 134 lbs with a medium build. She has medium length brown hair and brown eyes, a large rose tattoo on her upper right arm. She was last seen wearing a purple halter top, a black sweater, black pants and black shoes.

UPDATE: Caitlin has been located.
