London Police continue to investigate after a stolen car crashes into a house.

On Wednesday, July 13, 2011, at 12:47 a.m., the London Police Service responded to a report of a vehicle that crashed into a house at 481 Marconi Blvd. A witness reported to police that a vehicle was travelling at a high rate of speed on Marconi Blvd when the driver lost control. The vehicle then struck a light standard before it continued on to crash into a house. The investigation has revealed that the vehicle was stolen from an address on Bowcott Crescent.

There was approximately $80,000 in damage to the house, roadside property and the involved vehicle.

EMS transported a 22-year-old male passenger to hospital with a minor head injury. A 19-year-old male later walked into Victoria hospital, also with a head injury. Police believe that this male was also involved in this occurrence. The second male remains in hospital with serious injuries that are not believed to be life threatening. Police are continuing their investigation.
