On Friday, July 29, 2011, at 2:45 a.m., 52 Division plainclothes officers executed a search warrant at 319 Spadina Avenue.

This address has been the center of numerous community complaints regarding after-hours illegal alcohol sales.

It is alleged that:

– police seized a quantity of cash, liquor and operating machinery.

Ann Lee, 30, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) Common Nuisance.

Bradley Morgan, 30, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) Fail to comply Undertaking,
2) two counts of Fail to Comply with Probation,
3) Common Nuisance.

Phillip Garcia, 44, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) Common Nuisance.

Randall Dorsey, 49, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) Common Nuisance.

Stanley Wong, 36, of Richmond Hill, has been charged with:
1) Common Nuisance.

Anton Cirak, 64, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) three counts of Fail to comply Recognizance.

52 Division officers would like to thank the public for their assistance.

The investigation is ongoing.
