London Police and UWO Police are seeking assistance from the public in relation to an early morning incident on the University Of Western Ontario campus.

On Wednesday, October 12, 2011, at 6:40 a.m., a female exited her vehicle and walked northbound from the Huron Flats parking lot on the University of Western Ontario campus. This parking lot is located north of TD Waterhouse Stadium. Huron Street at this location runs beside the practice fields behind Thompson Recreational Centre, and has an entrance to Huron Flat parking lot. The female was grabbed from behind by an unknown male who is described as a white male, 25 to 35-years-old with a thin build. He had a stud, or ring, in his lower lip. He was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt under a black leather jacket and black jeans. Headlights from a vehicle approaching the parking lot may have frightened the suspect and stopped the incident. The suspect ran in a westerly direction from the scene.

The victim did not suffer any injuries as a result of the incident.
