Godstime ObelikpyhaOn November 1, 2011 the West Shore RCMP initiated an investigation into the Sexual Assault of a 22 year old female from Victoria. The female asked for a ride home and was instead provided a ride from a downtown Victoria location, to a residence in the Langford area where she was sexually assaulted by two males. 

Investigators through diligent work have been able to locate and arrest Solomon Akintoye (age 28). He was taken before a judge on 2011-11-07 and released on a number of conditions, keep the peace and be of good behaviour, no contact with the victim or co-accused and a curfew of 10:30 pm to 07:00 am. Akintoye is charged with Sexual Assault. Investigators have been unable to locate the second suspect, Godstime Obelikpyha (age 28). He is described as a black male, 175 cm, 80 kg with black hair and brown eyes. He has no current address. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Godstime Obelikpyha regarding the offence of Sexual Assault from the November 1, 2011. Obelikpyha also has an outstanding warrant regarding a Family Relations Act matter and is currently charged with Sexual Assault as a result of an offence in the Lower Mainland.
