The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Vinson Francis, 31, was last seen on Tuesday, May 29, 2012, at 4 p.m., in the Queen Street East/Pape Avenue area.
He is described as black, 6’, 180 lbs., shaved head, brown eyes, and has a tattoo across his upper back that says, “IN GOD WE TRUST.” He was last seen wearing a black tank top, black shorts, bright neon orange/ purple running shoes and carrying a black duffel bag.
Police are concerned for his safety.
