On Tuesday, May 18, 2010, Toronto police charged a man in a gross indecency investigation.
It is alleged that:
– between 1980 and 1986, the accused, who lived in Toronto, had sexual contact with three children, aged between 10 and 14.
Ed Palacios, 51, of Nestleton, was arrested and charged with:
– nine counts of Indecent Assault on a Male,
– nine counts of Gross Indecency.
Police believe there may be more victims.
