The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing girl.
Lynecia Blugh, 13, was last seen on Saturday, February 2, 2013, at approximately 11 p.m., in the Kipling Avenue/Steeles Avenue West area.
She is described as black, 5’6”, 125 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, blue/white varsity-style top with a TNA winter coat.
Police are concerned for her safety.
