Nicolas Robichaud, a 23-year-old man from Saint-Wilfred, N.B., will appear in provincial court in Miramichi on July 15, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. to face criminal charges in relation to a fatal crash that occurred in July 2009 on Neguac Bay.

Nicolas Robichaud was driving a personal watercraft on the bay when he collided with a boat on July 7, 2009. A 36-year-old Neguac woman, who was a passenger on the boat, died at the scene.

Robichaud is charged with dangerous driving causing death, dangerous driving causing bodily harm, impaired driving causing death and impaired driving causing bodily harm.
