On Saturday, July 31, at 11:49 a.m., police responded to a call for unknown trouble at 12 St. Dennis Drive.

It is further alleged that:

– shortly after the murder on Saturday, July 31, 2010, at 12 p.m., the suspect was driven to North York General Hospital in a newer, black BMW SUV with two occupants,

– police do not believe that the occupants were involved in, or have any knowledge of, the murder,

– the suspect sustained an injury to his left arm,

– the suspect was released from hospital on Saturday, July 31, 2010, at 2 p.m., and was last seen walking northbound on Leslie Street towards Sheppard Avenue East.

He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, blue/white shorts with a band aid on his left arm.

Marko Pandurevic, 22, of Toronto, is wanted for:

1) First Degree Murder.

He is described as white, 5’11" and 170 lbs.
