On Monday, August 30, 2010, at 6:35 a.m., the accused surrendered to police at 53 Division.
Thushjanthan Vigneswaran, 24, of Toronto, is charged with:
1. Assault with a Weapon,
2. Assault Causing Bodily Harm,
3. Robbery.
He was scheduled to appear in court at College Park on Monday, August 30, 2010, room 501, 10 a.m.
