As a result of a continued investigation by members of the Winnipeg Police Service Sex Crimes Unit, a Canada Wide Warrant was obtained for the arrest of Apay OGOUK, 26 years who was believed to be residing in Calgary, Alberta.
On August 27th, 2010, OGOUK was arrested by the Calgary Police Service on the strength of the warrant and on August 31st, 2010 he was transported back to Winnipeg.
Apay OGOUK has been detained in custody and is facing the following charges:
– Aggravated Sexual Assault X3
– Sexual Assault
– Sexual Interference
