Timothy Grady of Toronto charged with Possession prohibited weapon

On Monday, September 6, 2010, at 6 p.m., TAVIS officers arrested a man in connection with a prohibited weapon investigation.

It is alleged that:

– police stopped a vehicle in the Birchmount Road/Kingston Road area,

– police located a Taser-like device which was disguised to look like a cellphone.

Timothy Grady, 27, of Toronto, has been charged with:

1) Possession prohibited weapon.

He is scheduled to appear in court at College Park on Tuesday, October 19, 2010, 2 p.m., room 505.
