15 year old boy charged with an assault on a woman in Toronto

On Thursday, September 2, 2010, police responded to a call for an assault in the McClevin Avenue/Neilson Road area.

It is alleged that:

– on Thursday, September 2, 2010, at 11 p.m., a boy grabbed a woman and attempted to drag her in the bushes in the McClevin Avenue/Neilson Road area,

It is further alleged that:

– on Friday, September 3, 2010, at 4 p.m., the same boy approached a woman from behind, and struck her in the back of the head with an unknown object, in the Sewells Road/Neilson area.

On Saturday, September 4, 2010, a 15-year-old boy was arrested and charged with:

1) two counts of Fail to Comply Recognizance,
2) Assault with Weapon,
3) two counts of Assault.

He was scheduled to appear in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East, on Tuesday, September 7, 2010, room 408, at 9:30 a.m.
