The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 43 year-old female, Barbara Hilliard.
Hilliard was last seen on March 14, 2014, in the West End of Winnipeg, near Portage Avenue and Burnell Street.
Hilliard is described as Metis, 5’3” tall, 200 pounds, with short straight brown hair, brown eyes, and wearing glasses.
Hilliard was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, a white long-sleeve shirt and black boots.
The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for Hilliard’s well-being.
