The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
On Friday, April 4, 2014, Eli Michael Lapell, 42, was last seen in the Gloucester Grove and Oakwood Avenue area.
He is described as white, 5’8″, thin build, long unkempt brown hair with a beard. He has a scar beside his right eye. It is unknown what he is wearing at this time.
Police are concerned for his safety.
