Peter Scott Wilson was released from custody on October 5th with several conditions, including the following:
· not to access, use or possess unlawful pornographic material of any kind
· not to possess or use any electronic device, such as the computer, blackberry or cell phone or any other devices capable of connecting to the Internet
· not to maintain or use any account with an Internet service provider or access the Internet other than for supervised employment
· not to go to the Nicola Internet Café at 1595 Robson
Wilson, 47, was arrested previously by the VPD Vice Squad in 2005 for the same charges. He was still on probation for the 2005 charges at the time of his arrest.
His next court date is October 13th at 9:00 a.m. in court room 307.
The fact that he was caught twice illustrates the fact that despite the consequences, he dcomment_ID not stop: if this story is too close to home, or someone you know is being affected by compulsive internet or other sexual issues, you are not alone-sometimes it takes a wake up call from legal consequences.
