The survey report clearly points out that 56% of its respondents thought that buying sexual services should be a criminal offence. Whereas, 62% believed that financially benefitting from prostitution should be illegal, however, many said people exploitive relationships, such as being a pimp, should be illegal, but those who provide sexual services should be permitted to hire bodyguards and drivers. Moreover, 66% respondents alleged that selling sexual services should not be a criminal offence.

Overall, the survey sample also included 117 organizations, like police forces, front-line support workers, faith-based groups and groups who provide sexual services. Among them, 49% respondents called for the abolitionist approach or Nordic Model, which curbs demand for commercial sex which can fuel sex trafficking, and promotes equality between men and women. Whereas, 31% wanted prostitution to be decriminalized, and 10% supported prohibition while 10% offered general comments that provided completely different methods.
