Audi Best Buddies Challenge, Sunday, October 24, 2010, Road Closures

On Sunday October 24, 2010, the Shops at Don Mills will be the host venue for the inaugural Audi Best Buddies Challenge event. The Audi Best Buddies Challenge will feature a 10 km run, and a 5 km power walk.

The Donway West will be closed, northbound from Overland Drive to Lawrence Avenue, for the duration of the event. Single-lane closures will be in effect along the remaining route. The event organizers anticipate 500 participants for this event.

10 km event:

Formation: Clock Tower Road, Shops at Don Mills
– West/northbound on The Donway West,
– Westbound Lawrence Avenue East,
– Southbound Leslie Street,
– Westbound into Sunnybrook Park
– Eastbound exit Sunnybrook Park
– Northbound Leslie Street
– Eastbound Lawrence Avenue East
– South/eastbound on The Donway West
– Northbound Clock Tower Road
– Finish Line/dispersal: Shops at Don Mills

5 Km event (sidewalks only)

The TTC will not incur significant service disruptions during this event. The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions.
