District 8 RCMP are investigating a fatal motor vehicle collision that occurred on Tilley Road in Upper Tilley Road, N.B on October 23,2010. The victim, 64-year-old Alfred Thomas of Upper Tilley Road, N.B passed away on impact.

The collision occurred when the vehicle in which Alfred Thomas was a passenger collided with a moose.

Thomas was not wearing his seatbelt.
