They returned home and the child’s father began checking the contents of the bag. He located a folded piece of paper containing sexually inappropriate language and contacted police.

Police would like to speak to anyone else who may have received an inappropriate note in their trick or treat bag Halloween night in that neighborhood or other neighborhoods.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Det.Debosky of the Major Crime Unit at (905) 579-1520 ext. 5340.
