The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Kapil Patel, 25, was last seen on Tuesday, November 1, 2010, at 1 a.m., in the area of York University.
He is described as brown, 5’6", 120 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
Police are concerned for his safety.
