The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating the following 17-year-old male, Thomas Barstad. Barstad was last seen in the North end area of Winnipeg on Tuesday, October 21, 2014.
Barstad is described as: Caucasian, 6’ tall, approximately 160 pounds with a thin build, short brown hair and brown eyes.
Police are concerned for Barstad’s well-being.
Update: Thomas Barstad has been safely located.
