On Saturday, January 17, 2015, late in the evening, police received a call to an address in the Finch Avenue and Yonge Street area.
On arrival, officers found a deceased man, suffering from obvious trauma.
A person is in custody.
The deceased has been identified as Aloy Onochie, 61, of Toronto.
On Sunday, January 18, 2015, police charged Uchenna Onochie, 18, of Toronto, with:
1) Second-Degree Murder
He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Monday, January 19, 2015.
