On March 26, 2015 the Hamilton Police responded to concerns of a male offering money to two children under the age of 16 years to clean his yard and apartment in the Central Hamilton area.
The Hamilton Police Service Child Abuse Branch continued the investigation.
ARRESTED : Daryl KOLUK, 45 yrs, Hamilton.
CHARGES : 2 Counts of Invitation to Sexual Touching
Breach of Prohibition Order in Relation to Children
Daryl KOLUK has been remanded by the courts and he is currently in custody pending a bail hearing.
