Richard Mush charged for home invasion in London

On January 5, 2011 at approximately 12:30 AM a 35 year old male returned to his residence with a female whom he had met at a bar in London. A short time after being in his residence, unknown people, wearing masks and holding guns, entered the residence and started to beat the male victim. The assailants tied the victim up at his hands and feet and stole a large amount of property from the victim. After the assailants left the victim was able to get to the neighbour to call the police for him. At this time the female that was with the victim was also gone. The victim received minor injuries after this attack.

Police attended and commenced an investigation. The investigation thus far has led to the arrest of 29 year old Richard Mush of London who is charged with forcible confinement, robbery with a weapon, break and enter, wearing a disguise and possess a weapon to commit an offence.

Police also have a warrant for the arrest of 21 year old Tumbwembwe Michelle Banda of London who is charged with forcible confinement and robbery with a weapon.

Police are continuing to investigate this home invasion.
