The WTA Doha 2013 Dubai Open will be continued on Tuesday 18th February 2013, which takes place in Dubai Duty Free Tennis Centrer, Dubai. The tournament will be ending on Saturday 23rd February 2013.

Sorana Cirstea had the winner of the tournament opening match to reach the second round of the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships on Monday when she defeated Sloane Stephens in three sets by 5-7 6-3 6-2.

Marion Bartoli could not manage to go into next round as she beaten by Klara Zakopalova in the opening round of the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships, in three sets by 3-6 6-4 6-. In second round she will face Serena Williams. It will be interesting to see world no. 11 clash with world no. 1 Serena Williams in just the second round.

Ana Ivanovic had an easier victory against Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova in just two sets by 6-3 7-6 (7-5), Su-Wei Hsieh had an effortlessness win against Varvara Lepchenko by 6-1 6-3 while Yulia Putintseva defeated Laura Robson in a tough match in three sets by 6-4 2-6 7-6 (8-6).
