NAACP Theatre Awards Show: Joe Morton, Obba Babatundé & More
Saban Theatre (Beverly Hills, CA)

Join some of the most talented stars of stage and screen at the 26th annual NAACP Theatre Awards, which honors outstanding people of color in theatre. Hosted by Wendy Raquel Robinson (The Steve Harvey Show) and Miguel Nunez, Jr. (Juwanna Mann), this year’s awards show at Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills features appearances by a number of notable performers and honorees, including Emmy-winning actor Joe Morton (Scandal), who’ll be presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award, LaTanya Richardson (the Tony-nominated star of Broadway’s A Raisin in the Sun) and R&B jazz singer Ledisi. The evening also features special performances by Obba Babatundé and Mr. Bojangles, plus Tammi Mac’s thought-provoking solo show Bag Lady. Learn more…
