Come discover the longevity and beauty of those ancient epics that explore the human soul in all of its beauty and dread, through tales by the Quebecoise Stéphanie Bénéteau.

With her poetic voice, her graceful hand gestures and her haunting voice, Stéphanie Bénéteau tells great legends from around the world. Her repertoire includes Quebec and international folklore, Arabian Nights, naughty stories, the medieval legend of Tristan and Iseult, and Greek myths.

Stephanie regularly performs abroad. In 2005, she is awarded le Hibou d’Or, Audience Award, in the Contes Nomades storytelling series. She has received numerous grants from the Conseil des arts et lettres du Québec and the Canada Arts Council. In 2013, she invented a story to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the King’s Wards’ arrival in Montreal, story she presented at Montréal’s town hall.
