The Blank Theatre knew right away that The Book of Liz, the hilarious play by the “Talent Family” (i.e. Comedy power siblings David and Amy Sedaris), was something special. By the first preview performance, the entire six week run was sold out. So they extended it … and extended it … and extended it for 192 performances. Now, in celebration of their tenth anniversary, the Blank presents a one-night-only staged reading of this oddball comedy about the adventures of Sister Elizabeth Donderstock, devoted maker of cheeseballs. Relive this monumental production as the original cast (who remain close to this day) reunites to share this special show with audiences one more time.
