USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Salman Khan may have decided to mend fences with his one-time buddy Shah Rukh Khan by allowing the trailer of Shah Rukh's Dilwale to be released with Prem Ratan Dhan Payo this Diwali.
But, with filmmaker Sanjay Bhansali, his other former best-friend, Salman's attitude is totally unrelenting. Salman Khan won't allow the trailer of Bhansali's Bajirao Mastani to be attached to any of his films.
Says a source, "A month back, Eros International released Salman Khan's Hero and the trailer of Bajirao Mastani was to be attached to it, since Eros was co-producer on both. However, Salman Khan put his foot down. Again now, for Salman's big Diwali release Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, Sanjay Bhansali was keen to have the trailer of Bajirao Mastani attached to it. Salman put his foot down."
This adamant attitude makes one wonder if Salman will ever forgive his former best friend for whatever reasons upset him.
Mutual friends say Salman Khan and Bhansali fell out when the filmmaker signed Shah Rukh Khan for Devdas. Says a friend, "Salman never forgave Bhansali for what he saw as a betrayal. Ironically now, Salman and Shah Rukh are friends, while Bhansali is left out in the cold."
