The Toronto Police Service would like to update the public of an arrest made in ATM robberies investigation.
Between Saturday, December 3, 2022 and Friday, January 27, 2023, the Toronto Police Service responded to multiple robberies at Automated Teller Machines (ATM). These robberies occurred in the Mimico Avenue and Lake Shore Boulevard West area.
On Tuesday, March 28, 2023, Ian Grell, 58, of Toronto was arrested. He has been charged with:
- five counts of Robbery with a Firearm
He appeared at Toronto Regional Bail Court, located at 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at 10 a.m., room 206.
