2 pieces tofu
1 slice pineapple
1 tsp chopped onions
1/2 green bell pepper
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp rice vinegar
a pinch of salt
Chop tofu, tomato, pineapple and bell pepper.
Dust tofu with cornstarch. Deep fry until golden brown.
Mix sugar with vinegar. Blend vinegar mixture with all other ingredients, except tofu, to make the sauce.
Pour sauce onto tofu. Serve.
Tip: When deep frying tofu, the oil must be bubbling hot. If the tofu sinks, it means the oil is not hot enough.
