“The Government of the Republic of South Sudan is 100 percent ready for the oil flow through Sudan and urge the youth to maintain peace in the Country and to participate in the nation building,” he said.

He added that the flow of oil which the two countries are committed to implement will benefit all and South Sudan has sent a committee to Khartoum to follow up on the issue.

Deng stressed that “youth participation in cattle rustling must be avoided, by doing so we will be able to fight for the development of our nation instead of spending more money on the insecurity related issues.”

The SPLM Political Bureau is working very hard to put in place all the basic documents for the party where the representative of women was put to 35 percent and youth to 20 percent as these two are the foundation and the root of the party and must be represented.

Deng urged the youth not to practice cattle rustling and that the government of South Sudan has deployed enough SPLA to the border areas of in Unity, Lakes and Warrap states where it was reported that civilians raided cattle in the neighbouring states many of whom have lost their lives and these forces will be there at all the time to prevent the movement of criminals along the bordering states.

” The forces that we withdraw from the border areas with the North will be used to carry out peaceful disarmament,” he said.

He urged the youth to participate in Agriculture.
