Patna: Bihar government declared to the state assembly on Thursday that, 54 children died in Muzzafarpur, due to a mysterious disease since last June.

But the state minister Nand Kishore Yadav said that, now the whole situation is under control. He answered this to Ajit Singh’s (JD-U) phone call. Till date this mysterious disease is the topic of concern for the state. 54 children had died & don’t know how many will more die. The scientists from the National Virology Laboratory, Pune have collected the blood samples & brain tissues. They are also amazed with the situation. All 54 children died at Sri Krishna Medical College & Kejriwal Hospital, Muzzaffarpur.

Yadav also informed that, due to Kala Azar 32 people died in the state this year. 11, 748 patients are diagnosed who are suffering from this disease.
