The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Zachary Fernandes, 19, was last seen on Wednesday, July 13, 2011, at approximately noon, in the Chalkfarm Drive/Jane Street area.
He is described as white, 5’10", 140 lbs., with hazel eyes and short brown hair. He was wearing dark-coloured jeans, a white jacket, and a black over- the-shoulder bag.
There has been an unconfirmed report that he was in the Vaughan Mills shopping centre on Monday, July 18, 2011, at approximately noon.
Police are concerned for his safety.
