The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing boy.
Andrew Whitlock, 13, was last seen on Sunday, June 23, 2019, at approximately 3:30 p.m., in the area of The West Mall and Rathburn Road.
He is described as 5’9”, 130 lbs., with a thin build, short brown hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black jogging pants, black Roots jackets, black Air Force one shoes, with a white cross body Air Jordan bag.
Police are concerned for his safety.
