The Toronto Police Service requests the public’s assistance in locating a missing man.
Zhebin Cong, 47, was last seen on Wednesday, July 3, 2019, at approximately 4 p.m., in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area.
He is described as 5'9", 200 lbs., heavy build, and short black hair. There are no clothing descriptions at this time.
He has trouble speaking English.
Police are concerned for his safety.
