Lucia Li, 12, was last seen on Monday, December 23, 2019, at 4:30 p.m., in the Leslie Street and Finch Avenue East area.
She is described as 5’3", 100 lbs., with long black hair.
She was last seen wearing a purple winter jacket and black pants.
Police are concerned for her safety.
