Muhab Sultan and Muhanad Sultan charged with drug trafficking, London

On Wednesday January 12, 2011 at approximately 3:05 AM the London Police Service received several calls in relation to a disturbance on Salisbury Avenue. The call suggested that several people were fighting and that there was a knife being used. Police attended and arrested two males in relation to this disturbance. One of the males ran from the police but was captured after a short foot pursuit and the second male was arrested when he arrived to assist his brother trying to elude police. During the arrest police seized a 9mm handgun, along with a magazine capable of holding 15 rounds of ammunition.

The London Police Guns and Drugs Section executed a search warrant on the vehicle that the subject was in and located and seized 1.9 grams of crack cocaine worth $190.

There were no injuries in incident.

Muhab Sultan, a 19 year old male from London had been charged with causing a disturbance; three counts of breach of probation; possession of a loaded regulated firearm; possessing a firearm knowing no authority; possessing a firearm while unlicensed; occupy a motor vehicle with a firearm; careless use/storage of a firearm; careless use/storage of ammunition and trafficking in cocaine.

Muhanad Sultan, a 21 year old male from London has been charged with possession of a firearm while prohibited; possession of a loaded regulated firearm; possessing a firearm knowing no authority; possessing a firearm while unlicensed; occupy a motor vehicle with a firearm; careless use/storage of a firearm; careless use/storage of ammunition and trafficking in cocaine.
